The black henna is so dangerous! It's not recommendable because the black henna have dangerous products that can damage seriously your skin. You should never use a henna which duration is more than 1 week.
No, I was not thinking about that. Mainly because I've never used hair dye but I'm familiar with the henna tattoo.
The black henna contains hazardous substances prohibited dermatologically as zirconium salts or PPD, a product used in hair dyes but in extremely small quantities while the black henna uses larger amounts and not suitable for the skin. That's why it's not allowed use the hair dye on eyebrows.
The black hair dye thing is an ongoing scam done by henna tattoo shop-cart things that you can find in the mall or the like. The hair dye did horrible things to people's skin.I think it actually gave them chemical burns. As for the real henna thing,I think you're either confused or getting your henna from the wrong place.Henna is dried and powdered plant bits mixed with sugar and lemon juice,it shouldn't be coming into any sort of contact with stuff like zirconium salts.
omg, why people have a level of understanding so low? I'm not saying that henna be harmful. I said the BLACK HENNA is harmful.
Of course the natural henna has no harmful effect (unless the person is allergic to henna). However the black henna contain PPD that it can cause permanent scarring of the skin (similar to sunburn) and new allergies.
Um, how about no? My culture uses henna frequently, especially for celebrations. I have used it too many times in my life to count and I have pretty good skin. I have used henna for more than 1 week, so this is not true.
I know, if I hadn't read it carefully then I wouldn't have commented. Don't just assume that other's can't read because they don't agree with you. I have used black henna many times before and my skin is still nice.
The skin of each human being is different. Most likely that yours is more resistant but it's your problem if you want to expose your skin to dangerous chemicals to the skin. It's your problem, not mine. I just warn others to not commit the same mistake as my friend. The black henna caused him permanent scars on the skin while to me (I've always used natural henna and NEVER black henna) have never had problems. The actual color of the henna should be orange or brown, but never black. Nor should last more than a week.
Black henna. Did you even read that post? Black henna can be very bad because it has PPD. It was never meant to come into contact with skin, so wearing it for long periods of time can cause rashes. If you're allergic to PPD it's even worse.
Yes, I did read it. If I hadn't read it I wouldn't have replied to that post. I have never had trouble with black henna, my hands are fine and there is nothing unusual about my hands because I have used black henna. Do I know why I don't have problems? No, I don't. That's just what happened to me.
